Colonel Lange has been auctioneering since 1968, conducting all kinds of auctions including real estate, heavy equipment, farms, cattle, estate sales and antiques.  He has also conducted real estate assessments and appraisals for 25 years.

Colonel Lange conducts “on site” auctions, providing an experienced auction team--auctioneer, clerks, cashiers, and ring personnel, as well as PA system, tents, food service, and portable bathroom.
